Built by four friends from Rio de Janeiro that have strong beliefs and dream big.
Cartesians and creatives, right and left brain people, we are designers, teachers, economists, but also cyclists and DJ‘s, we’ve worked with cinema, jiu-jitsu, and much more.
We love science and we love food that is good for us.
Therefore we built a new house, in the heart of Manhattan.
Where we believe in collaboration and starting a movement.
A house that provides fresh organic food from local suppliers with a new positive approach.
Because we believe we are what we eat.
That food is really fuel not only for our bodies, but also for our souls.

1. Step: Heat up the pan set up medium fire.
2. Step: Sift 1/2 cup (2.47 oz) of OCA tapioca over a frying pan covering the surface until you recognise our circular logo.
3. Step: Fill half of the OCA surface with your ingredient’s selection and fold it for 40 seconds, change sides + 40 seconds, serve and enjoy.
